Feature of the Week - Polls

Customers like their opinions to be heard, and conducting polls is a good way of allowing them to do that.

Use polls to collect the unbiased thoughts and opinions of your target audience. The analyzed results will help in making good decisions for your company.

Polls give you a benchmark from which to compare results over time. Allowing you to provide the best possible solutions to help your business.

LobbyCentral cloud contains a Polls feature, which gives you the ability to collect vital information from your customers at the kiosk. 

How it Works

  1. Create one or more polls in Administration, under Kiosk Settings.
  2. Modify your Kiosk Profile and select the poll to display. You can also choose Random to randomly display polls.
  3. At the end of the check-in process, the poll is displayed to the customer.
  4. The customer's choice is recorded anonymously. If the customer does not select a choice, it is not recorded.
  5. Access the Poll Results under the Reporting menu to view results.
